Personality: Cecily is a strong personality; whatever she has on her mind is what she is focused on and nothing shall get in her way to make it so. A bit of a hindrance to her drive is the fact that she is a neat freak - being a Swablu and all – which usually makes it impossible for her to go without helping tidy something up.

But she isn't with her love, often finding herself out on adventures or into some sticky situation when out and about. She is loud and a bit rough around the edges, but she knows when it is time to calm down and be serious.

Her only means of an outlet is being the delivery girl for the restaurant which takes up most of her time and burns plenty of what seems to be an endless amount of energy.
